Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on it. 🌍
When will my order arrive?
In stock orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days after dispatch using tracked delivery services.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary.
What are preorders?
Some of our most in demand U.S. beauty products are available on a preorder basis.
Preorder items are specially sourced and estimated dispatch timeframes will always be shown on the product page.
If your order contains both preorder and in stock items, your order will usually be shipped together once all items are available.
Can I return my order?
Unused, unopened and sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty.

Where do your products come from?
All of our products are sourced from trusted retailers and suppliers in the United States.
The Beauty Gateway is an independent UK retailer and is not affiliated with the brands it stocks. We carefully curate authentic U.S. beauty products that are not readily available in the UK.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email support@thebeautygateway.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
