Processing Time

In stock orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

During launches, promotions and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you updated.

Preorders

Preorder products are clearly marked on the product page.

Many of our products are specially sourced from the United States and preorder dispatch dates will vary depending on the item. Estimated shipping timeframes will always be provided before purchase.

If your order contains both preorder and in stock items, your order will usually be dispatched together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Please note that preorder dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier or international shipping delays. If there are any significant changes, we will contact you by email.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are sent using tracked delivery services with Royal Mail or Evri.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery to mainland UK is typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland and some remote areas may take 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the courier and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping charges are non refundable unless your order is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch or arrives damaged, please contact support@thebeautygateway.co.uk with your order number and any relevant photographs.

Claims for lost parcels will be investigated with the courier before a refund or replacement is issued.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

The Beauty Gateway cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

International delivery is not currently available, but we are working on it. 🌍
