Preorder Policy

At The Beauty Gateway, some of our most wanted U.S. beauty finds are available on a preorder basis. This allows you to secure your products before they even land in the UK.

How Preorders Work

Reserve Your Product

When you place a preorder, your item is secured from our incoming shipment and sourced specifically for you.

Estimated Timeframes

Preorders typically arrive within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on supplier availability and international shipping. We will always aim to deliver your order sooner whenever possible.

Please note that all preorder dates are estimates and may occasionally change due to supplier or courier delays outside of our control.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout to reserve your item and begin the sourcing process.

Updates

We’ll keep you informed throughout the journey. You’ll receive updates when your preorder is confirmed and when your order has been dispatched.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in stock and preorder items, your order will usually be shipped together once all items are available.

If you would prefer your in stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Preorder Cancellations

Many preorder items are specially sourced based on customer demand.

Once a preorder has been placed and the sourcing process has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

If an unexpected delay extends significantly beyond the estimated timeframe, we will contact you and discuss the available options.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
