Refunds & Returns Policy
Preorder Cancellations
Many of our products are specially sourced from the United States based on customer demand.
Once a preorder has been placed and sourcing has begun, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before placing your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
If you have received your order and wish to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, body care, makeup, fragrance oils or other cosmetic products unless they are faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact support@thebeautygateway.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Parcels
All orders are sent using tracked delivery services.
Claims for lost parcels will be investigated with the courier before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
How to Request a Return
Please email support@thebeautygateway.co.uk with your order number, the reason for your return and any relevant photographs. We will guide you through the next steps.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
